Returns
Goods returned under the EU Distance Selling Directive will only be accepted if unused and returned in the original packaging along with the appropriate returns reference number and must be deemed suitable for re-sale. Postage will not be refunded for returned items unless goods were faulty or sent in error. We must be notified of reason for return and goods must be returned within seven days after arrival.
